Have you completed installation of OCS R2 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and realized that you cannot find the Administrator's console for OCS? Funny though but for some reason Microsoft did not think it was neccessary anymore for the snap-ins to be installed automatically.
So to save you your blushes, refer to the image below:

You would have observed by looking to your right that a separate step is required to install the admin tools. Believe me its a cumpolsory step to firing up the system.
